This Privacy Policy explains how Peelepicks LLC (“Peelepicks,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Wind Down: Sleep by Slumber mobile application (the “App”).

1) Information We Collect

A. Account Information

  • Name and email address

  • Login/authentication details (processed through Firebase Authentication)

B. Sleep & Quiz Data You Provide (Stored in Firebase/Firestore)

  • Sleep hours (daily entries)

  • Sleep quality ratings (e.g., 0–10)

  • Sleep goals (e.g., target hours)

  • Quiz answers and results

  • Related metadata such as timestamps/dates associated with entries

C. App Usage & Device Data

  • App usage events (e.g., screens viewed, sound plays, feature interactions) (via analytics such as Firebase Analytics, if enabled)

  • Device/app information (e.g., device type, operating system version, app version, and identifiers used for analytics/ads)

D. Advertising Data (Google AdMob)

  • AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to deliver, measure, and (depending on your settings/region) personalize ads.

E. Purchases & Subscriptions (RevenueCat)

  • If you purchase subscriptions or in-app products, purchase-related data is processed through the app stores and RevenueCat (e.g., subscription status, product identifiers, and transaction/renewal timestamps).

  • We do not receive or store full payment card numbers.

F. Crash/Diagnostics (Only if enabled)

  • If crash reporting is enabled, we may collect crash logs/diagnostic data to fix bugs and improve stability.

2) How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Create and manage accounts and provide App functionality

  • Save and display your sleep tracking and quiz data

  • Improve performance and user experience (analytics/diagnostics)

  • Deliver notifications you request (if enabled)

  • Display and measure ads (AdMob), if ads are shown

  • Manage subscriptions and entitlements (RevenueCat)

3) How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Google/Firebase (Authentication, Firestore database storage, analytics/diagnostics as configured)

  • Google AdMob (advertising delivery and measurement)

  • RevenueCat (subscription/purchase status and entitlement management)

  • Apple/Google app stores for purchase processing and compliance

  • Service providers that help us operate the App (under agreements consistent with this policy)

  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law, or to protect safety and prevent fraud/abuse

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense, but some privacy laws define certain ad-related data sharing as a “sale” or “sharing” for targeted advertising.

4) Your Choices

  • Account/Data: You can request deletion of your account and associated data (see Section 6).

  • Ads: You can limit ad personalization through your device settings (where available).

  • Notifications: You can enable/disable notifications in your device settings.

5) Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to:

  • Provide the App and maintain your account

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Resolve disputes and enforce policies

If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your data except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention).

6) Account Deletion and Data Requests

You can request account deletion and data deletion by:

  • Using the App’s Delete Account option (if available), or

  • Emailing us with the subject line “Delete My Wind Down Account”.

We may need to verify your identity before processing requests.

7) Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8) Security

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised policy.
